Overview

Key Benefits

  • Worry-Free Payments — Never miss a due date

  • Simple Setup — Configure your bank details once and you're done

  • Zero Cost — Saves you time and potential late fees

How the Withdrawal Timeline Works

Once enrolled, Autopay follows a precise monthly schedule:

Step 1: Notification (Last Day of the Month) You'll receive an automated notification on the last day of the month showing the exact amount that will be withdrawn for the upcoming payment cycle.

Step 2: Funds Withdrawal (Midnight) The payment processor initiates the automatic withdrawal from your designated bank account at midnight on the payment due date, typically the 1st of the month, or as defined in your agreement.

Step 3: Funds Transfer (5 Business Days) It takes approximately 5 business days for funds to transfer from your bank to the management company's trust account.

✅ Your payment is considered on time as long as the withdrawal is successfully initiated at midnight, regardless of when the funds fully transfer.

Important Payment Scenarios

A. Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF)

If the withdrawal fails due to insufficient funds in your account:

  • You will be notified that the payment could not be processed

  • You may be subject to an NSF fee, depending on the terms in your lease or agreement

  • You can manually submit the missed payment amount plus any applicable fees through your portal

B. One-Time Payments

In addition to your recurring Autopay schedule, you can always make a one-time payment directly through your Resident or Owner Portal. This is useful for:

  • Paying an outstanding balance or arrears

  • Submitting a special levy or assessment

  • Topping up a deposit amount
