  • Ensure your accounting stays clean and accurate

FIN Does Not Access Your Account Information

FIN is not directly connected to individual user accounts and cannot read your private account data, financial records, tenant information, or company details.

His responses are generated from Propra help articles and platform documentation only.

This means FIN can explain how features work, but cannot review or analyze your specific account activity.

FIN Is Not an Accountant or Bookkeeper

FIN is not a trained accountant or bookkeeper.

His responses are based entirely on existing support documentation and workflows. Because of this, accounting or bookkeeping questions may result in incomplete or incorrect accounting guidance.

For example:

  • FIN can explain how to create an invoice and what an invoice is

  • FIN can explain where accounting features are located

  • FIN can explain accounting workflows within Propra

  • FIN can explain how to find a transaction

However, FIN cannot advise you on:

  • Which General Ledgers to use

  • Proper bookkeeping practices

  • Financial compliance decisions

  • Accounting treatment or reconciliation decisions

Always refer to your internal accountant or bookkeeper for accounting advice and financial decisions.
