When a listing is shared with an applicant they are sent an email with a link to apply to their desired unit. The link will take them to propra.io/signup where they will enter their email address and create a password.

Step 1: Completing the Application

Applicants can:

  • Create a profile and enter their details

  • Upload required documents (e.g., ID, proof of income)

  • Agree to your application terms and disclosures


Step 2: Co-Applicants

If there are multiple applicants:

  • Send the application to one primary applicant only.

  • The primary applicant will invite co-applicants by email.

  • Co-applicants must use the same email address they were invited with to link their applications together.

If emails don’t match, the system can’t group them correctly.


Step 3: Confirmation

Once submitted, applicants will receive a confirmation email, and you’ll see them appear in the Campaign → Applicants tab.
