Step 1: When to Create a Campaign
You can start a campaign when:
- A unit becomes vacant, or 
- A lease is expiring soon, within your lease expiry threshold 
If your property doesn’t appear when creating a campaign, adjust your expiry threshold in Settings → Account → Lease and Unit.
Step 2: Creating the Campaign
A campaign will automatically be created when a unit is empty. You will see this campaign in your list with an Inactive status. From here you can Activate the campaign by clicking on the three dot menu and selecting Activate.
If your unit is still vacant but the lease is expiring soon you will need to create the campaign.
- Go to Campaigns → Create New Campaign. 
- Select your property and unit(s). 
- Enter the Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Square Footage for Interior and Exterior, and the Rent Amount. 
- Click Publish. 
The three dot menu on the campaign will also allow you to
- Edit the listing 
- Share the link (via email to the applicant, a link to post, a QR code for the applicant to scan) 
- Deactivate or End the campaign 
Step 3: Sharing the Listing
You can share your listing in several ways:
- Copy the direct link to post online or email to applicants. 
- Use the QR code to include in print or signage. 
- From the Property Manager App, go to the Campaigns tab on the property to share listings on the go.
