Insurance Policy Update

For sending to tenants who need to update their insurance policy

SUBJECT : Urgent: Tenant Insurance Policy Required by 5 PM Today

Dear Tenant's,

As per the Tenancy Act and your Lease Agreement, all tenants are required to have an active tenant insurance policy on file. Our records indicate that we do not have a current copy of your policy.

Please submit a copy of your valid tenant insurance policy no later than 5:00 PM today, {todays date} by logging into your Propra Residential Portal and updating the insurance information on your lease.

How to Update Your Renter Insurance

Please follow the steps below to update your renter insurance in your resident portal:

  1. Log into your Resident Portal

  2. Navigate to the Lease tab

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Insurance section

  4. Click Update

  5. Enter your insurance details:

    • Policy provider

    • Policy number

    • Coverage dates

    • Coverage amount

  6. Upload your insurance document (proof of insurance)

  7. Click Save

  8. After saving, select “Share with Manager” to send your updated insurance and document with us.
