If you are not able to open the camera while using the app you will need to change the permissions in your phone

Apple:
Step-by-step guide to grant camera access:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

  2. Tap on Privacy & Security.

  3. Tap on Camera.

  4. Find the name of the app (e.g. Propra for Managers) you want to give access to and toggle the switch to the green "on" position.

If the app is not in the list:

  1. Go back to the main Settings menu.

  2. Scroll down and tap on the name of the specific app.

  3. Find the option for Camera within the app's settings and turn the toggle on.

Once this is done, you will simply need to close the app and open it again.

Android:
Using the Permission Manager

  1. Open Settings: Swipe down from the top of your screen and tap the gear icon to open your phone's Settings.

  2. Navigate to Permissions: Tap on Security & Privacy (or just Privacy), then select Permission Manager.

  3. Select Camera: Tap on Camera to see a list of all apps that have requested camera access.

  4. Choose an App: Find and tap the specific app for which you want to grant permission.

  5. Set Permission: Select Allow while using the app (the app can use the camera when you are using it) or Ask every time (you'll be prompted each time the app needs the camera).

OR Using the App's Settings

  1. Open Settings: Go to your phone's Settings app.

  2. Find Apps: Scroll down and tap on Apps (or Applications).

  3. Select the App: Locate and tap the name of the app for which you want to change permissions.

  4. Tap Permissions: Select Permissions from the app's info page.

  5. Grant Camera Access: Find the Camera option and tap it to change the permission to Allow.
