If you need to make a maintenance request you can send an email or submit one through the portal. To send a request by email please follow the 6 easy steps below. Once we receive your request and desired time, we will confirm your appointment. The assigned maintenance person will arrive at your scheduled appointment time to resolve the issue, and once the service is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation of completion email.

Follow these 6 easy steps
Send an email to: [email protected]. Briefly describe your issue in the subject of the email.
Provide more detail in the email body. Attach images for more context.
You will receive an email with a link that allows you to schedule a maintenance appointment that works best for you.
We match a maintenance operator with your requested timeframe. A confirmation of your appointment will be sent to you.
A maintenance operator will show up at your unit to resolve the issue at the scheduled time.
Once the appointment has been completed, you will receive an email notification.

Insurance Policy
SUBJECT : Urgent: Tenant Insurance Policy Required by 5 PM Today
Dear Tenant's,
As per the Tenancy Act and your Lease Agreement, all tenants are required to have an active tenant insurance policy on file. Our records indicate that we do not have a current copy of your policy.
Please submit a copy of your valid tenant insurance policy no later than 5:00 PM today, {todays date} by logging into your Propra Residential Portal, updating the insurance information on your lease and uploading a copy of the insurance document. Please be sure to share the document with us.
