Adding Tenant and Owner Payment Details

Manually add the residents PAD information

To manually add your tenants and owners payment information:

  • Go to their tenant or owner profile.

  • Select the Financial tab.

  • Click on the pencil icon to edit the payment details.

  • Enter in the banking information

**If you are entering this information you will need a PAD agreement form signed by the resident. Upload this document to the tenants or owners Document tab for your records.
