When an owner logs into the Propra Resident Portal at https://propra.io, they can view maintenance requests submitted by tenants or management under the Maintenance tab.

However, their access to request details is limited for privacy and clarity.

Here's what owners can see:

  • Request Description: This is the original issue summary provided by the tenant or property manager.

  • Resolution: Once the request has been completed, owners will see a brief summary of how the issue was resolved.

What owners cannot see:

  • Internal Notes: Any comments or updates added by staff or vendors.

  • Visit Details: Scheduled or completed technician visits are not visible.

  • Attachments: Photos or documents added by staff or tenants are not shown.

  • Real-time Status Updates: Owners will only see the request status change once it has been marked as resolved.

Why this matters:

This limited view helps protect tenant privacy while still keeping owners informed of property maintenance activity. For more detailed information or updates, owners can contact the property manager directly.
