Need a physical copy or PDF of a maintenance request? Here's how to print a tenant request work order from Propra:
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to https://propra.app using your property manager account.
Navigate to the specific property and unit associated with the request.
Click on the "Requests" tab to view all open and closed maintenance requests.
Locate the request you want to print (e.g., Request ID #RQ-201-3CNW6E).
Open the request details, then click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the upper right.
Select “Print” – this will generate a printable PDF version of the request.
🔧 Tip: If nothing shows up or you get a blank screen, try clicking “Print” again. This usually resolves the issue and produces a proper PDF.
Troubleshooting
If the print option doesn’t appear:
Use your browser’s built-in Print or Save as PDF feature.
Try taking a screenshot of the request details.
Still not working?
Clear your browser cache
Log out, then log back into Propra
Refresh the page before trying again
