A supplier (also known as a vendor) who does not come on site and is not typically involved in maintenance requests. Suppliers bill you for services they provide.

Due to the nature of their relationship, suppliers generally do not provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) as it does not expose the client to liability or risk.

Some examples of suppliers are:

Enmax

Atco

Epcor

City of Red Deer

Telus

Shaw

Propra

Canada Post

TD Bank

Hubspot

Wawanesa Insurance

Ricoh

Field Law

Payrange

Rona

Home Depot

Supplier Type is an optional free form field to identify the types of services offered. When viewing suppliers on the Propra Web Portal, you can search or sort alphabetically by this descriptor.

Examples of supplier types are:

Hydro Provider

Natural Gas Provider

Water and Sewage Provider

Telecommunications Provider

Software Subscriptions

Postage and Courier Services

Bank Fees

Insurance Provider
