Why is the password reset not sending an email?

If you are trying to reset your password and are not receiving an email this could be because you originally signed in through your Google account which means there’s no separate password associated with it. Because of this, you won’t be able to reset a password through our system.

To access your account, please select the “Sign in with Google” option on the login page and use the Google account you originally signed up with.

If you’re having trouble with your Google account itself (e.g. forgot your Google password), you can reset it directly through Google’s recovery page.

If you did not sign in through Google and are still having issues logging in please contact [email protected]
