🏢 Creating a 1-Building Property
A one-building property typically has a single street address. Here’s how to set it up:
Click “Add Property”
Start by selecting “1” as the number of buildings.
Enter Property Details
Fill in the property name, street address, and any additional information required.
📍 Tip: Once you enter the address, Propra will autofill other fields to save time.
Choose Property Type
Select “Rental” unless it’s a condo or commercial space.
Select the Property Owner
Choose the overall owner of the property.
You can leave this blank if you only manage individual units.
Add Units
You can either add the units now or click “Create Units Later” to add them afterward.
Adding More Buildings Later (Optional)
From the unit screen, click “Add Building” (top right) to include additional buildings if needed.
🏙️ Creating a 2-Building Property
Managing properties with multiple buildings—like two towers on the same site? Here’s how to set up a 2-building property:
Start by Clicking “Add Property”
Choose “2” as the number of buildings.
Enter Overall Property Details
Include the property name, phone number (if needed), city, province, time zone, image, and any onsite staff.
Select the Property Owner
Assign the overall owner for the property.
Add Each Building's Details
For each building, provide:
Building name
Street address (autofills when selected)
Property type (choose “Rental”)
Repeat for the Second Building
Make sure to enter the correct address and details for both buildings.
🔁 Navigating Between Buildings
Once your buildings are set up:
You can toggle between all units and individual buildings from the property page.
The first tab will show all units across the property.
Each additional tab will represent an individual building and its units.
✅ Why This Matters
Organizing your portfolio by building helps you keep things clear, efficient, and easy to navigate—especially when dealing with larger or more complex properties.
