This unit or common area was likely added after your team was created.
You will need to add this unit or common area to your teams list.
Go to Account under Settings
Navigate to Teams tab beside Users
Select the team
Click Next through the Team Details
Click Next through the Properties
Now you are in Select Units. Choose the units you wish for the team to view and click next
Add or edit the users
Save
