How to Edit Lease Dates in Propra
Need to update a lease’s move-in or move-out dates? Follow these simple steps:
📌 Editing Lease Dates
1️⃣ Go to the Lease screen. This can be found by clicking on the unit and scrolling down to see the current lease details
2️⃣ Click on Manage Terms and Fees.
3️⃣ Select the "Show Move-In/Out Dates" text to reveal and update the lease dates.
❓ Why Can’t I Edit the Lease Dates?
If you’re trying to set a move-in date before today, you’ll need to:
✅ Select Custom from the dropdown menu.
✅ This will allow you to pick a past date.
🚨 Note: This is different from the Owner Move-In option at the top of the Unit screen, which is typically used for condos.
Following these steps will ensure your lease dates are accurately updated.
