To add a common room:
Go to Properties and find your desired property
Select the Property
Navigate to the Common tab
Add a common area unit
Type in the Unit Name (ie Party Room)
Enter the remaining fields
Save
Why should I add a common room to the property?
Adding a common room allows you to:
Allocate costs to this unit
Track maintenance and repairs on the unit
