To send a Welcome email to a tenant during lease creation:
Begin your lease creation
When you get to the Review Residents page toggle on the welcome email option
To send a Welcome email to a tenant post lease creation:
Navigate to the Tenant tab on the left side dashboard.
Select your tenant.
Go to the tenants Contact tab.
Select the three dot menu.
Click Send Welcome Email.
If your tenant has applied for a campaign and you have sent them a lease offer you do not need to send them a welcome email as they have already signed up and created an account.
