Trouble Loading Your Inspection Report? Here’s How to Fix It!

If your inspection report isn’t showing up in the Lease Documents tab on Propra, don’t worry! This usually happens because of syncing or storage issues related to inspection photos. Follow the steps below to get everything working smoothly.

Inspection reports are an important part of lease documentation. If they don’t load, your photos and notes won’t appear in the Lease Documents tab. Completing this task ensures your inspection is properly uploaded, stored, and available for review.


📝 Steps on how to complete

1. Ensure Photos Have Finished Syncing

  • Keep the app open until syncing is complete.

  • Don’t let your device go to sleep during the process.

  • Avoid deleting or updating the app while syncing.

2. Check Your Device’s Storage

  • Inspection photos are stored locally first, so make sure you have enough free space.

  • If the app freezes or becomes unresponsive, it may be due to low memory.

  • Try switching to another device with more storage or RAM if issues continue.

3. Manually Sync Your Inspection Data

To manually sync your inspection, follow these steps:

➡️ Open the app

➡️ Navigate to the Sync option (find it on the image below)

➡️ Allow the process to complete before closing the app

By following these steps, you should be able to load your inspection report without issues. If problems persist, clearing up storage or switching to a different device may help.


📂 What happens after syncing

  • Your inspection report will appear in the Lease Documents tab on propra.app

  • All photos will upload safely and be attached to the report.

  • The completed report will be ready to review, download, or share.


🔎 Where you can find it / what it affects

  • You’ll find the synced inspection under the Lease Documents tab for the property.

  • It ensures tenants, landlords, and property managers all have access to the correct report.


🔄 How to make changes if needed

  • Once an Inspection is Syncing, you can’t edit it.

  • If syncing fails, try again after freeing up storage.

  • You can retry syncing anytime from the Propra app.

  • Still not working? Switch to another device or contact our support team.


💡 Extra Tips for New Users

  • Think of syncing like uploading photos to the cloud — the report won’t appear until everything is fully uploaded.

  • Check your phone’s storage before starting inspections (lots of photos = more space needed).

  • Look for these status messages in the app:

    • Waiting to be synced → Report not uploaded yet

    • Start upload → Ready to sync

    • All reports synced → Everything is complete
