Trouble Loading Your Inspection Report? Here’s How to Fix It!
If your inspection report isn’t loading or showing up on the lease documents tab on Propra, don’t worry! This is often due to syncing issues related to photos. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1️⃣ Ensure Photos Have Finished Syncing
📌 Keep the app open and don’t let your device go to sleep while syncing.
📌 Avoid deleting or updating the app during this process.
2️⃣ Check Your Device’s Storage
The app now stores inspection photos locally before uploading them, which means:
✅ Your device needs enough free storage to process images.
✅ If the app is unresponsive, it may be due to a memory warning error from low available storage.
✅ Try using another device if yours continues to have issues—especially if it has more RAM or storage.
3️⃣ Sync Your Inspection Data
To manually sync your inspection, follow these steps:
➡️ Open the app
➡️ Navigate to the Sync option (find it on the image below)
➡️ Allow the process to complete before closing the app
