If the Tenant or Owner is Not Verified
You can easily update their email by clicking the pencil icon on their contact screen.
If the Tenant or Owner Is Verified
Once an owner or tenant verifies their account on propra.io, only they can update their email. Property managers cannot make this change.
Steps for Owners/Tenants to Update Their Email
Log into the portal at propra.io.
Go to account settings and add a new email.
Verify the new email.
Set it as the primary email.
Delete the old email by clicking the red trash can icon.
Once updated in the portal, the change will reflect in the web app automatically. If they need help, remind them to follow these steps! ✅
