Having Trouble Signing Up or Logging In on the Owner Portal?

If you're unable to log in, it’s likely because your email is linked to your owner profile but hasn’t been verified yet.

How to Sign Up & Verify Your Account

  1. Go to propra.io.
    ​
    ​

  2. Click the “Sign Up” button.
    ​


    ​

  3. Enter your email ({USER EMAIL}) on the sign-up page.
    ​
    ​

  4. Follow the prompts to create a password and verify your account.
    ​
    ​

Once this is completed, you’ll have full access to your owner portal. 🎉
