Here’s how a property manager can create a maintenance request through the manager web app.
Steps:
Login to Propra at https://propra.app.
Select the desired property, then unit that you want to create the request for.
Click on the 3 dot menu on the right hand side and select Create Request.
Fill in the applicable information such as a summary of the request, applicable category, and When the issue first occurred.
Be sure to check off the selection box indicating that you are making the request on behalf of the tenant, otherwise the unit will show as empty to the operator when they are doing the request.
Click Submit. This will then create a maintenance request where you can schedule the ideal operator for the needed maintenance.
