There are two ways for residents to submit a maintenance request.
Email - Residents of buildings using Propra can easily report issues and schedule maintenance appointments all without setting up an account. They simply send an email to [email protected] describing their issue, attaching images if they’d like, and then subsequently following the prompts in the confirmation email. The email address they send from must match the email address in their Propra profile so that our system can identify their account and home address.
Portal - When the resident is logged into their account (propra.io) they can create a maintenance request from their main page by selecting the Create Maintenance Request button.
Requests can also be entered by property managers from a unit record. Residents will still receive communications when the job is completed.
