In Propra maintenance requests can be filtered and sorted by request status - below is a list of these request statuses and what they each mean.
Request Statuses
Submitted - A maintenance request has been created and needs to be assigned.
Confirmed - An operator has been assigned and scheduled this request.
Overdue - The deadline to complete the request has been missed and no operator has visited to complete the task.
Delayed - Operator hasn’t started the appointment after 20 minutes from the expected start time.
Missed - Operator has missed the scheduled appointment.
Visit Declined - Operator has declined the visit.
Cancelled - The request has been cancelled.
Completed - The operator has completed the request.
New Visit Requested - Operator has requested a new visit.
Approval - Awaiting action by the property manager to complete.
