Changing a Tenant or Owner's Email in the Portal

When a tenant or owner has a verified profile on propra.io they can update most their personal information themselves. This will display in the manager web page as a warning allowing you to update the information or leave as is.

For email changes only the tenant or owner can update that information. To change emails they will have to log into the portal on propra.io and change it on their end by adding a new email and deleting the old one.

Once you are on propra.io follow these steps:

This will bring you to this screen where you will need to:
1. Add and verify your new email.
2. Make that the primary email
3. Delete the old email by pushing the red trash can icon.

This will then update the tenant or owners info on the manager web app as well.
