Moving an owner out of a unit can happen if the owner has sold their unit or is moving out and has decided to rent the unit.
To move-out an owner that resides in the unit
From the property menu locate the property and then unit that was sold
Click on the unit
Click Move Out Owner from the owner occupied residency card
Add the move-out date
Select if the unit is sold or if the ownership will remain as is. By selecting Sold the unit will also be removed from owner's asset profile
Select Move Out
