Here’s how to remove a resident from a unit.
On the side menu, click Properties.
Click on the desired property where the tenant is staying.
Next, click on the desired unit.
Near the bottom of the units page you will have the ability to remove residents that are not lease holders by selecting the 'x' next to their name.
To remove residents that are lease holders you must select Manage Residents.
From here you have the ability to create, add and remove residents. Once the desired residents have been selected click Next.
Select which residents are lease holders and who is the payee. At least one resident must be selected as a payee to continue.
