Mid month leases don't end up getting posted with rent roll since they are added after the beginning of the month. The pro-rated rent invoice can be created from the newly added mid-month lease.
Locate the unit where you need to add a lease starting mid-month
Click Create Lease
Complete the lease wizard, enter the mid-month date as the lease start date
Once the leases has been added, click Create Pro-Rated Rent Invoice
Review the rent amount and adjust as needed. The amount will default to calculate a pro-rated rent ratio based on a 30 day month. Each payee will get a rent invoice created for their portion of the rent
Management Fee charge - If you have management fees that are calculated on a percent of revenue charged, a selection box to create a management fee charge will also be available
Click Create Invoice
